How old do I have to be to start boxing?

You must be 10 years old to start boxing at our club

How do I sign up?

You can simply arrive at the gym 15 – 20 minutes before the session starts and pay for your session there and then. If its your first time, its free.

How many times can I go training before signing up as a member?

You must sign up as a member at the club after your second session. Training is not permitted unless you have a Yearly Membership.

Can I get private one to one boxing lessons?

Yes. Private one-to-one training can be arranged for mutually agreeable times with one of our experienced instructors.

I want to box. Should I start with classes or personal training?

It is entirely your choice. Both classes and personal training will allow you to learn the fundamentals of boxing but of course personal training speeds up that process.

How do I get there and is there somewhere I can park?

Please see the location on map. The gym is located within the E4 Fitness & Leisure. Please look for the E4 Fitness Signs and the entrance is between gates into a car park. Local parking is free. Closest Overground Station is Highams Park, which is a short 7 minute walk.

What facilities do you have at the gym?

We offer our clients changing rooms with showers and lockers. Our gym is complete with all traditional boxing equipment from the ring to heavy bags.
